Profil Perusahaan: Rockstar Gym, Asia fastest growing kids & Teens Fitness centers is seeking a few select individuals to join our young energitic team in building 30 gyms throughout Indonesia.  Rockstar is a one stop fitness experience with Dance, Gymnastics, Ballet, Martial Arts, Fun Fit, Swimming, Tennis, Basketball, and Futsal classes.  All the favorite Kids & Teens fitness exercises for one low monthly fee all at one convenient location.

Admin

• SMA/SMK

Job Descriptions:

• Check and Balance in Daily Report (Membership Sales Report, Merchandise, Petty Cash, Cooler sales and stock).
• Input membership data into Membership Management System accurately and on timely basis.
• Manage member request (freeze, cancellation, etc) into Club Membership Management System work together with Data Services and Admin in Home Office and General Manager.
• Handle telephone inquiries on club services, schedules and customer requests.
• Respond to member's concerns and feedback.
• Perform daily checks on condition of club facilities and services and take actions as necessary.
• Contact members with outstanding accounts over the phone to follow up payments and update payment method information.
• Communicate, assist to organize club activities and internal promotions to members through microphone announcements, etc.
• Actively interact and assist members on inquiries and needs.
• Follow all documentation procedure and file records in an organized manner.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
• Prepare required reports and submit as per schedule, such as Daily (Operations Recap report, Official Receipt Log, etc) and Monthly (Saved Cancellation, etc).

Requirements:

• Can speak English will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Typing and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build relationship with members all ages.
• Willing to work at shift time and weekends.
• Customer service or admin experience will be an advantage.

Customer Service Representative
Persyaratan Wajib:

• Providing information to prospects for memberships sales.
• Implementing gym SOP.

Job Descriptions:

• Answering calls and respond to emails.
• Handling customer inquiries both telephonic-ally and by email.
• Identifying, escalate priority issues, manage, and resolve customer complaints.
• Following up customers calls where necessary.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Completing call logs and produce call reports.
• Attend all company meetings, training, share applicable information with management and staff.
• Filing incidents reports documents.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills.
• Having experience in a Call Center Environment (inbound/outbound).
• Able to speak Malay (Malaysia) will be advantage.
• Knowledge of call center telephony.
• Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multi tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

• Make transnational journal and ensure that transaction are properly booked.
• Prepare payments as per standard operating procedure.
• Maintain supporting documents and chart of accounts.
• Bank reconciliation and monthly closing book in order to produce financial report (income statement and balance sheet).
• Work with supervisor, subordinate and peers towards the company's goal.

Requirements:

• Majoring of Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Having experience in Accounting field is required for this position.
• Computer skill, especially in Ms. Office application and accounting software.
• English fluency is preferable.
• Trustworthy, high attention to details and good team player.

IT Technical Support Officer

• Minimal Pengalaman 2 Tahun

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor and maintain the computer systems, application and network.
• Install and configure computer systems, network and application.
• Diagnose Hardware and software problems, provide analysis and solution.
• Support the roll-out of news applications.
• Monitoring and tuning system performance.
• Perform the creation or updates of users accounts and profiles.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Making documentation of works and systems.
• Coordinate with third parties or other internal IT resources whenever necessary to solve technical and application or network issues.

Requirements:

• Majoring of Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
• Having experienced in IT support and Function.
