Job Descriptions:
- Review and drafting contract.
- Handle corporate compliance.
- Document preparation for licensing and assisting on licensing process.
- Advisory on legal project.
- Support external legal counsel for any ongoing legal and commercial project related.
- Liaise and coordinate with notary.
- Prepare circular resolutions and notarial deeds.
- Legal research.
Requirements:
- Majoring of Law from reputable university.
- Having experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prepare circular resolutions and notarial deeds.
- Experience in land acquisition.
- Experience in corporate matters.
- Proficiency in English both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skill.
- High attention detail.
