PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk. (the "company") was established on September 7, 1989. The company obtained a business license as granted by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia by Decree No. 344/KMK. 013/1990 dated March 16, 1990. The company started operating commercially on March 16, 1990. The company obtained a business license as a foreign exchange bank on 3 June 1993 in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia No. 26/26/KEP/DIR.

Currently, the company has banking service network which consists of 1 headquarters, 35 branch offices, 67 sub-branches offices and 12 cash offices and 76 functional offices. The company's banking services network is also supported by 113 ATM Mayapada and 76.839 ATM in the ATM Bersama and Rintis network, as well as 357.024 merchant machines across the province in Indonesia.

In accordance with article 3 of the articles of Association of the Bank, the company operates commercially. The company obtained a business license as commercial bank provided by the Ministry of Finance No.

342/KMK. 013/1990 on March 16, 1990. The company also obtained a permit business activities as a foreign exchange bank based on the decision letter of the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia No. 26/26/KEP/DIR on 3 June 1993. The company doing is performing business in the field of banking and other financial services in accordance with to the laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Based on notarial deed no. 28 on December 4, 2008 from Buntario Tigris Darmawa Ng, SH, notary in Jakarta, concerning adjustments to the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 year 2007 on Company and Bapepam-LK No. IX. J. 1. Deed has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on letter No. AHU-03938. AH. 01. In 2009 January 19, 2009.

The company has adapted article 3 Statutes of the Company adjusted to Bapepam Rule No. IX. J. 1, attachment of decision of Chairman of Bapepam and LK No.: KEP-179/BL/2008 dated May 14, 2008 about the fine points of the company's articles of association that Offer General Effect is both equity and public companies, which poured in Deed of Statement meeting of PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk, Number 35 January 21, 2015 made before Johny Dwikora Aron, SH, Notary in Jakarta. AH.01.02 29 January 2015 about approval of changes to the articles of Association of PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk; and have been registered in the list of the company No. AHU-0011135. AH.01.11 on 29 January 2015;

The company has changed the Article of Association to be adapted to the regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 32/POJK.04/2014 of The Plan of the Organization of the General Meeting of Shareholders of a Public Company and Financial Services Authority regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of a Public Company by making changes to the Article 13, article 14, article 15, article 16, article 17, article 18, article 19, article 20 , Article 21, article 22, article 23, article 24, article 25, article 26, article 27 and article 28 of the company's Articles of Association, as it turns out in the deed of a news event the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk No. 31 on July 14, 2015 made before R.F. AHU-3535747. Ah. 2015 01:20 on 29 July 2015 ("Act No. 31/2015")
