HR Assistant - Mandarin Mandatory (Jakarta) 12-Agustus-2016
Persyaratan Wajib:

• Sarjana
• Maksimal Usia 35 Tahun
• Minimal Pengalaman 3 Tahun

Job Descriptions:

• Handle expatriate documents such as working agreement and database.
• Responsible for expatriate performance appraisal, promotion, mutation, rotation and resignation.
• Collaborate with HR team to develop company policies.
• Handle absence for expatriate and local employee.
• Handle insurance: registration and claim.
• Handle recruitment for expatriate and local.
• Coordinate with HR in China and HR Site.
• All of HR assistant duties/task based on superior/company assignment (under company business group/business unit).

Requirements:

• Mandarin mandatory (speak, read, write and listen).
• Having experience in the related field (HR area) will be a plus.
• Full-time position(s) available.

Site Mandarin Interpreter (Jakarta) 12-Agustus-2016
Persyaratan Wajib:

• Sarjana
• Maksimal Usia 40 Tahun
• Minimal Pengalaman 3 Tahun

Job Descriptions:

• Selected for all information/data, documents and analyzing related to legal aspects.
• Review and assessment all aspect of legal data, documents related to business expansion and existing company business.
• Check and review related to legal, corporate documents, example: certificate, license, land, factory, mining and related to company business.
• Observe and follow up based on result of meeting with related party.
• Assist vice president director, project manager and other internal company to handle and maintain relationship with local people, district government and other parties related to company business.
• Responsible for listening to, understanding and translating spoken or written statements from one language to another.
• Reproduce statements in another language for unique listening or reading audience.
• All of public relation and mandarin interpreter duties/task based on superior/company assignment (under company business group/business unit).

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Having experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in mining industry.
• Full-time position(s) available.
• Computer skills and communication skills.
• Willing to work on job site/project.
• Preferably able to join as soon as possible.
