Floor Supervisor - Department Store Concept

Job Descriptions:
  • To effectively lead the implementation of yearly retail plans in an assigned store.
  • To continuously develop sales and profitability plans of store by implementing retail standards, promotion programs, customer service and staff developments plans.
  • To passionately implement and communicate the Social and Environmental Values to the team, customers and community.
  • To consistently train, coach and counsel the staff to optimize their capacity and build a strong and competitive team.
  • To closely monitor and analyze the market opportunities to anticipate and continuously grow the business
Requirements:
  • Having experience in Fashion Retail Industry/Department Store is a must.
  • Strong leadership and analytical thinking with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Floor Manager - Department Store Concept

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for the sales achievement by ensuring the implementation of marketing, merchandising and co-branding programs.
  • Solve any problem at the floor level covering customers' complaints, suppliers', requests and mall's relation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales report.
  • Ensure the store operations procedures are rolled out throughout the floor and the store.
Requirements:
  • Having experience in the related field in fashion.
  • Good conduct in English both written and spoken.
  • Perform good leadership skill and coordination skill as well as communication skill.
Policy and Procedure Manager

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for business process improvement.
  • Responsible to manage Policy and Procedure team.
  • Responsible to interview Business Process Owner to gather business rules and business process which will be applied within the company.
  • Responsible to analyze all information related to Business Process and Policy and Procedure development.
  • Responsible to Review Business Process (using SIPOC), Policy and Procedure which are developed by Policy and Procedure team.
  • Responsible to socialize the Policy and Procedure to all related Business Users.
  • Ensure the good quality of deliverable to Business Process Owner.
  • Provide recommendation of effective Business Process, Policy and Procedure.
Requirements:
  • Majoring of Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Having experience in the related field especially retail is required for this position.
  • Have previous experience of Policy and Procedure/Business Process Improvement.
  • Mastering in writing English and Indonesian.

  • Having experience in Retail Store Operations, with experience as Store Manager/Division Manager/Sales Manager.
